Raw Living Organic Carrot (M) is sold per kg, medium-sized organic carrots with a sweet, earthy flavour. Look for firm, heavy specimens, as lighter ones tend to have dried out inside.
- Roast whole or in batons with olive oil and herbs
- Grate raw into salads or slaws
- Simmer into soups, stews and stocks
- Store in the fridge crisper, ideally with the tops trimmed off
