Agro Fresh Tong Hou is a 200g pack of crown daisy, also called garland chrysanthemum, with a distinctive, slightly aromatic flavour. Rinse thoroughly just before cooking to remove any grit hiding between the leaves.
- Add to steamboat or hotpot for a classic addition
- Blanch briefly and dress with sesame oil
