Food Forest Farm Red Kale is a 150g pack of kale with reddish-purple tinged leaves and a slightly sturdy texture when raw. The reddish tinge on the leaves is a natural feature of the variety and does not affect how it should be prepared.
- Massage with a little oil before adding to salads to soften the leaves
- Stir-fry, steam or add to soups and stews
- Strip the leaves from the tougher central stem before cooking
- Refrigerate the kale in a bag and use within about a week.
