Soybean Sprouts (Taugeh Besar) is sold per kg and consists of larger soybean sprouts with a firm bite, commonly used in Malaysian and Chinese cooking. Compared to mung bean sprouts, taugeh besar has a thicker, crunchier bite that holds up well to high-heat cooking.

• Stir-fry with garlic and chilli for a quick side dish
• Add to noodle soups, laksa or braised dishes
• Rinse and trim any loose husks before cooking
• Keep the sprouts refrigerated in a container with a little water and use within a couple of days.
