Sugarloaf Cabbage /kg

Sugarloaf Cabbage is sold per kg and is a pointed cabbage variety with tender, sweet leaves that work well raw or cooked. Its pointed shape and tightly packed, tender leaves make it easier to shred finely than a round cabbage.

• Shred raw into slaws or salads
• Stir-fry, braise or steam as a side dish
• Remove any tough outer leaves before use
• Refrigerate the cabbage in a bag and use within about a week.
